Access to the 240FOURTH Parkade is limited to authorized vehicles only and Public Parking is NOT available. Monthly parking is non-transferable and parking transponders cannot be shared between individuals.
Entry to the parkade is off of 2nd Street SW, between 3rd and 4th Avenues. All vehicles enter through the loading dock at the P2 level of the parkade. There is additional parking on the P1 and P3 levels via ramps.

Loading Dock Height Restriction: 4.3 m / 14’1”
