Access to Shipping/Receiving is through the courier entrance on the North East side of the building.Once received, all mail and courier packages are electronically scanned in the loading dock area. All outgoing mail for Canada Post is the responsibility of the tenant.
The items can remain on the dock for no more than one hour while the tenant arranges for pick up. There is no storage available at, in, or around the loading dock and the Shipping/Receiving personnel do not take responsibility for deliveries that are not collected.
Currently, we have reduced the number of deliveries to one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and our staff will be wearing masks.
The Shipping and Receiving Office is located in the Loading Dock and will be open Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Deliveries and pick up schedule to tenants will be:
Delivery: 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.; 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Pick-up: 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The Shipping and Receiving Office is open and staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on holidays. The Office is located on the loading dock of 240FOURTH. Tenant access is by means of shuttle elevators to the P-1 level. Courier access is by means of Courier entrance door located on the East side of the building, across the main lobby doors.
Once received, all deliveries are scanned in the mail tracking system and then delivered at set times throughout the day. All outgoing mail/packages must be dropped off at the Shipping and Receiving office by 3 p.m. unless prior arrangements are made.
Shipping and Receiving will not accept alcohol, perishable goods, cannabis, flowers, dangerous goods, prescription drugs, or any delivery weighing over 50lbs.
Any large deliveries (pallet – size or larger) will not be accepted after 3:30 p.m., unless other arrangements have been made with the co-signer and Shipping/Receiving.
Upon delivery of any large shipment, Shipping/Receiving will contact the recipient to advise of the delivery. The item(s) cannot remain on the dock for longer than one hour while the tenant arranges for pick-up. After-hours deliveries (after 4:30 p.m. and before 7:30 a.m.) can be organized through Building Security, if there is a tenant-designate present to receive and accept responsibility (arrangements made in advance).
