The Tenant Lounge located in the main floor Conference Centre, provides a comfortable place to hold informal meetings, take a coffee break, relax, or even to work remotely. Nestled adjacent to the fireplace, you can also find a Community Library, exclusively available to QuadReal tenants. Boasting a thoughtfully curated collection spanning various genres and styles, tenants are invited to borrow, read, and return books at their convenience. 

The 240FOURTH Tenant Lounge is also available to host private functions after-hours.
